Prior to re-roofing of our residence and garage, Linda and I met with Matt, our manager, to go through details of the project. Re-roofing was completed on October 9, 2025. The roofers arrived at 6:40 am and completed the project by 7:00 pm. They were very professional-organized and quite skilled. Upon completion of the new roof, all worked, including Matt, for a super clean-up. A second crew will be here on October 13 to install new gutters.

Great experience throughout the whole process for hail damages through insurance. Brandon the project manager was upfront and honest, and even came out right away about some concerns with the roof. The teams they used for the roof, gutters and paint were also wonderful and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and the clean up was perfect for our pets to use our backyard.

I am currently not in the market for a new roof... However, Kayla whom works under Marc stopped by today with another employee Nash and I was incredibly impressed with their knowledge on the company, what they were selling and their people skills. If more companies had Employees walking around doing the hard job like knocking on strangers doors like these three, I would definitely be more inclined to listen to the pitch. When and if we become in the market for a new roof Kayla will be the first one I call.

Miguel and his crew did an absolutely fantastic job replacing my sixteen-year-old, hail damaged roof and skylight. Their responsiveness, dependability, and professionalism were amazing in every way! The job was completed in one day (even when the team discovered some boards under my shingles that needed to be replaced). Following the job, they did such a wonderful job of cleaning up that I couldn't find even one tiny piece of roofing material left behind. The yard was immaculate! To add the great experience, the team discovered a small shingle-covered shed behind my house that was not included in my estimate. They independently took it upon themselves to replace that 4' x 8' roof with some extra shingles and flashing! What a bonus and a wonderful surprise!

I highly recommend this company. They have gone above and beyond I worked closely with Tyler. He kept me informed throughout the whole process. They even were willing to help me get some stuff fixed from inside my house that were caused from a roof leak. They worked really closely with the insurance company. I am very satisfied with the work. This company has done great work and again I highly recommend them.

These guys deserve more than 5 stars. I’m an Architect who has pivoted to doing my own work fixing and flipping single family homes, so I’ve worked with a number of roofers, but Gates, and particularly Demetri, we’re just outstanding on my personal residence.. They removed and installed 40+ squares in ONE day. And Demetri coordinated very professionally with my insurance company. I’m very happy with them and intend to call Demetri next time I need a roof!

I have had this outfit roof all my rentals and my personal house. They use the class 4 shingle. Every time I used them the owner sent out a senior guy and they did a great job.
I would recommend them for the craftsmanship I received, they were quick and right priced.
